Requirement to provide information for the delivery of parcels via BELparcel

Are you involved in ‘last-mile’ delivery of parcels in Belgium? If so, you are required to inform the authorities about your activities by using the online service BELparcel.

Via BELparcel

  • you register
  • you regularly report on your activities
  • you organise the registration of your couriers' delivery times

Why BELparcel?

The aim of the Parcel Delivery Act of 17 December 2023 (in French) is to improve working conditions for couriers (parcel delivery workers) and to establish sustainable competition between postal service providers operating in the parcel delivery sector.

On this website you will find useful information about the law. To log in to the online service, click on the button My BELparcel.

Are you a foreign company?

To be able to use the BELparcel online service, your foreign company must first be registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) and have access to the administration's online services.

You can find out how to do this and take the necessary steps on the Foreign companies page.
